What if I do not have a UK address?
It is still possible to receive the subscription
channels without a UK address. A British agency
will arrange for a card to be sent to you. Your
credit card will be charged every month for which
ever package you choose. There is a setup fee
for this service.

Is there an annual management fee for my card?
The setup fee covers the cost of the first year's
management of your card. After the first year
is over, you will have to pay for another year
of managements services at 5000kc

Is there a minimum term contract?
Yes, with sky you are committed to a one year
contract. However, if you do wish to cancel early
this can be arranged and is dealt with on a case
by case basis.

How do I cancel my contract?
After your first year is complete, one months
notice needs to be given to cancel your contract
with sky.

Can I change the package I subscribe to?
Within the first year it is possible to increase
your package to a more expensive one However Sky
does not allow you to drop down to a cheaper package
within the first year. After your first year is
complete, you are fee to change your package.

If I move, can I sell my receiver?
Yes, you own the receiver so you are fee to sell
it to whomever you choose.

Can I get the BBC, ITV and Disney Channel?
It
is possible to get the BBC in the Czech Republic
however a very large dish is required. Usually
a 2m dish is needed and a receiver that has a
high signal gain such as the V3 Sky Plus or Sky
HD will also prove helpful.

What is the cost of installing a satellite dish?
To install a standard satellite dish the approximate
cost of installation is 5 000 Kc including a single
LNB or around 8 000 Kc with a quad LNB.

Yes, you are free to use anyone you choose to.

The box and card are normally available for next

Is using sky in Europe illegal?
No, it definitely is not against the law. Sky
has only got the broadcasting rights for its products
(movies etc) in the UK and therefore is not entitled
to send their viewing cards outside the UK. We
provide you with an UK address so that Sky is
under the impression that you are in the UK and
is therefore acting on good faith. What we are
doing is not illegal, and if you subscribe through
us it is not illegal either. Sky on the other
hand is not permitted to promote such activities.
Therefore it is very important indeed that you
always deal through us. If Sky became aware of
this it would deactivate your card, nothing more.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, however all shipping costs and any
taxes will have to be covered by the customer.
If we are shipping to another EU country there
are no taxies to be paid.
